Our furniture is guaranteed for 2 years for manufacturers defects. Where appropriate, we will repair the item free of charge during this period, or replace it if necessary.
A deposit of 30% is required when you place your order and full payment is required prior to delivery. If you wish to inspect your furniture prior to delivery this can be arranged, providing you are able to visit our Auckland warehouse.
If you change your mind on the furniture prior to delivery then we will review it case by case.
Shipping costs are additional to the cost of the furniture. You are welcome to pick up your furniture otherwise we would be happy to provide a quote and arrange delivery of your goods.
Many items are in stock and can be delivered almost immediately. Delivery times for goods that are ordered varies depending on the supplier, however we will be able to give you indicative timing.
Goods can be taken on appro if you leave the details of your credit card, address and phone numbers. Freight charges will apply and any damage to the furniture will be the responsibility of the customer.
Measuring up for your furniture
Please make sure you measure correctly before ordering any furniture. Consider any staircases, doorways or any tight spaces which the product will have to go through. You will be responsible if any delivered products do not fit.
